CLR Fitness program is perfect for busy professionals that want to build muscle, lose fat, get into a better workout routine and is vegan or vegan curious.
As a busy dad with a full time job and a business I specialize in making a workout routine to fit in tight schedules. Building muscles and losing fat can be done in with 3-4 days of working out. And I am here to help you fit the workout plan in your already packed schedule.
Every program is customized to meet the goals and needs of the individual client, because every body is different and everyone has different lives and juggles different responsibilities.
Since I am living a plant-based lifestyle, I can best help my clients that are already on a vegan diet or that are curious to try it out. I strongly believe that a (healthy!) plant-based diet can help you achieve your goals more sustainably.
I typically like to work with clients anywhere from 3 to 12 months because it takes time to build a good routine and start seeing results. To coach someone online successfully I not only create a custom workout program and nutrition goals that are accessible by an app, but I also provide multiple points of contact to keel my clients accountable and to support them the best that I can.
this is done via monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly check-ins and daily messaging.
The program includes many useful resources such as a recipe guide, a list of high protein sources (vegan), a warm-up guide, a sleep optimization guide and many more.
