How long is the program?

Ideally a minimum of 6 months is recommended. This gives you enough time to learn and get some great results! But we can talk and see what length fits for your goals.

Why do you do online coaching?

Online coaching has many benefits. Overall, it allows great flexibility and with my well-structured program, weekly check-ins, monthly 1-1 calls, 24hr messaging and weekly live group coaching calls it gives you plenty of contact and support!

I create a step-by-step plan that is specifically designed for you and your goals. You will be guided the entire way.

4) We give you access to all my Guides and E-books to support you with everything ranging from improving your sleep to planning for trips and travel.

Is it really worth it?
